Stephanie McCourt is a London-born retro soul singer with a passion for music like no other. With influences including Aretha Franklin, Etta James, Christina Aguilera and Amy Winehouse, Stephanie's unique blend of retro soul, gospel and jazz with modern-edged production is a breath of fresh air to the current musical climate.
With a capturing voice embedded across multiple genres, Stephanie embarked on a new journey in 2020 recording and releasing a six track EP Wings. Having released the tracks midst of a world wide pandemic, Stephanie simply concludes that ‘Wings was written from the more vulnerable moments of my life, which lead to empowerment! I had to become my own superhero, I can only hope it inspires others to do the same’. Having received a positive reception with her EP, Stephanie is ready for the next chapter in her career, eager to return back on stage after an extensive lockdown. With industry professionals such as Gary Crawley (BBC Introducing) praising the singer as ‘A young lady with a very impressive set of pipes’, Stephanie McCourt is ready to entice the hungry audiences with her encapsulating voice and an immaculate performance style this summer.
Additionally Stephanie has been working on new material during lockdown; ’Over the next coming months, I will be releasing a new E.P and I look forward to doing as many live shows as possible! Reconnecting with fans, and making new ones’.
